Using this website#

You may use this website to learn about our services, register interest and contact us. You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.

Information on this site#

Content on this website is general information only. Service areas, rates and availability are confirmed in writing during onboarding. Demos on this site use illustrative data, and names, schools and amounts shown in them are not real.

Your submissions#

When you submit a form, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it. We handle it in line with our privacy policy.

Educator perks: PD Hub and ClassBreak#

Educators and teachers who work through I Recruit can unlock the PD Hub and a free 12-month ClassBreak subscription. These conditions apply.

• The PD Hub and your free ClassBreak year unlock after your first 5 completed shifts through I Recruit.
• A shift is completed when its timesheet is submitted after checkout or approved by the school or centre. A queried timesheet does not count until the query is resolved.
• ClassBreak can be claimed once per educator.
• If you teach 50 or more days through I Recruit in the trailing 12 months, your ClassBreak stays free for another year. If not, the free year ends and nothing is charged.
• Perks are personal to you, non-transferable and have no cash value. We may change them with notice.
• We may withdraw perks if they are misused, including sharing your personal link.

The Better Us Project for schools and centres#

Schools and early learning centres that book through I Recruit can earn The Better Us Project wellbeing program free. These conditions apply.

• Your school or centre unlocks 12 months of The Better Us Project free, from the date it is earned, once it completes its first 10 bookings through I Recruit.
• A completed booking is a shift day worked with a submitted or approved timesheet.
• The free year renews if 200 or more days of shifts are worked through I Recruit within the 12-month period, counted as educator-days. This repeats each cycle.
• We notify you 30 days before your free year ends.
• Access is set up by our team after it is earned, usually within 5 business days. We email you when it is ready.
• One entitlement per school or centre (per I Recruit account location).
• The program is provided by The Better Us Project and is subject to its own terms.
• The entitlement has no cash value.
• We may change these conditions with 30 days' notice for future cycles. A change never removes a year you have already earned.

Intellectual property#

The I Recruit Australia name, logo, design and content on this website belong to I Recruit Australia Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce them without our permission.

Liability#

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law#

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
