How do I book a teacher?
Tap Find a teacher, choose the date, times, role and year level, and send. The form is designed to take under a minute. You'll watch the search live and get a notification when it's filled.
Can I request a specific teacher?
Yes. Add teachers to your preferred list and they'll see your shifts first, or request one teacher directly.
What if nobody accepts?
If a request isn't filled within your chosen window, an allocator calls you with options. Requests are never left silently open.
How do I approve a timesheet?
After the shift you'll get a notification. Check scheduled vs actual hours and tap Approve, or Query if something's not right.
Can early learning centres and kinders use I Recruit?
Yes. Choose the room or age group, the qualification level (Certificate III, Diploma or ECT) and any shift times, including openers and closers. Only educators who meet them get the offer.
Can I add more staff or campuses?
Yes. Add approvers, office staff and finance contacts with the right permissions, and set up as many campuses as you need. There's no extra cost.
