What does “Rolling out” mean?
The feature is built and tested, and is being switched on in stages: for example per Department, or once an official data provider is connected. Everything marked Live is available now.
Is the registration hub connected to the regulators?
No regulator offers a live data feed, so your regulator's own portal stays the official record. The hub tracks your dates, fees, PD and evidence, and every status shows its source, method and date.
Who decides Department clearance?
Only the Department's Compliance Office. I Recruit runs the workflow and enforces the outcome, but no I Recruit staff member or algorithm ever clears an educator.
Can schools see an educator's Better Us check-ins?
Never. Check-ins belong to the educator. Schools see nothing and no I Recruit role can look an educator up.
