Why don't you publish rates?
Rates depend on your sector, location and the roles you book. We agree a clear rate card with your school before your first booking, and you'll see the rate on every request before you confirm it.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer, or online from the invoice by card or BECS direct debit. Card payments carry a surcharge (1.75% + GST by default, set in your agreement and never more than 3%), shown as its own line before you pay. BECS direct debit and bank transfer are never surcharged. Every invoice shows GST, your PO or cost centre, and a line for each shift.
What about cancellations?
Cancel any time before a shift is filled at no cost. Late cancellation terms are agreed upfront and shown in the portal, so there are no surprises.
Is the provider directory free?
Yes. Schools search, request quotes and book vetted providers at no cost. Providers pay a monthly subscription to be listed.
Is pricing the same for early learning?
The model is the same: an agreed rate card for your centre, shown before you confirm, and you pay only for approved hours. Rates reflect the role and qualification level, from Certificate III educators to early childhood teachers.
What are teachers paid?
Teachers and educators are paid award-aligned rates weekly, with super paid on time. Fair pay is how we keep great teachers coming back to your school.
Do educators pay anything?
No. I Recruit is free for educators and teachers, and after your first 5 completed shifts the PD Hub unlocks: 48 on-demand courses with certificates and a 12-month ClassBreak subscription.
