ES staff, properly valued.

The right role, every time.
Schools ask for education support specifically. Only verified ES staff are offered those shifts, ranked by distance, experience, ratings and the school's preferred list.

The same four as teachers, adapted to the role: relevant qualifications confirmed, right to work, the current child-safety check for their state or territory, with a signed child safety declaration, and two professional references reviewed by a recruiter.
How are ES staff paid?
Weekly through our payroll on Employment Hero, for the hours you were booked, with super paid on time.
Can I choose where and when I work?
Yes. Set your days, earliest start, travel radius and dates you're away. Go online when you want offers, and decline anything that doesn't suit.
